ترجمة الملخص

This object discussed- with the help of Allah Almighty- some of the issues related to police work. It focused on issues of interests to the religion class of the Islamic nation. The researcher believes that the police reality will change in many Arab countries, especially in the countries that had revolutions and political changes. It will lead the sons of the religious class to join the police after long years they were faraway . but I doubt that in this case will collide with reality cop and this class with some of the existence of things, imposed by the fact the police man may not see all of this layer is permissible. This study comes – will Allah willing –like a beacon for this layer and references police to show them how to deal with issues. It also took into account the Muslim police man all over the world and studied his conditions if he works in non Muslim countries. As demonstrated qualities of legitimacy which he belongs. The study followed the logical sequence. It studied the word police in the language and determinology . Then put the police historic before and after Islam, and qualities and duties of police. The researcher clears some important logical issues and how to deal with them if they occur within the policing institutions as a result of the new reality. This study shows to the governors of the matters the ministers of interior and the defense ministers how to mange the institutions , police and military in order to accommodate all classes of people without harming layer without other layer , and that by observing the difference in all these matters, attitude and behavior, which he (the researcher) called (Alrajeh of police work or the most correct view of polce work) which is instructions and advices to achieve this goal.
