Urban development is the future vision for urban and transportationdevelopment to face economic, demographic and environmentalchallenges that needed, for sustainable development. Urban developmentincision mainly from urban development areas that are intended to nonruraldevelopment. where we find that the demographic growth isincreased in the third world as general and this was accompanied by therapid demographic growth intensive rural exodus towards big cities as aradiation source of economic and social and scientific development. itresulted unbalanced and unlimited urban development . The researchproblem runs from the control of urban planning is one of the main tasksunder taken by Governments authority .The urban planning processencountered some problems resulting from the weakness of the legislativeframework and mechanisms are weak law enforcement and lack ofcomprehensiveness of the legal rules and regulations of the executive thatcontrol the management and implementation of the urban planningprocess .this research study and discover the violations of the laws ofurban planning in residential area using Remote Sensing and geographicinformation systems , this program provides us with Tools characterizedwith high accuracy and speed in implementation, working to collect andinsert processing ,analysis and presentation and take out the spatial anddescriptive information for specific targets to help in planning anddecision making. where we were able to monitor the proportion ofirregularities in exactly the region by identifying the parcel that violationand the number and type of violation of existing and documentedfreelancer.From here, we find that GIS describe all irregularities in the table to assistthe local administration make treatment of irregularities linked to theprocedures and help to issues fines. find the consideration of therecommendation in the residential area of the parcel even limit theincrease of irregularities and encourage vertical housing to reduce thehorizontal expansion , which needs to large areas, causing the need forthe extension of service networks in large areas.
