الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مدى وجود علاقة بين الأنماط القيادية (النمط الديمقراطي ، النمط الأتوقراطي و النمط الحر ) لمديري الثانويات على الأداء الوظيفي للأساتذة وأيضا تطرقت الى الكشف عن ما اذا كانت هناك فروق في مستوى الأداء الوظيفي للأساتذة تعزى لمتغير ( الجنس الخبرة السن ) و سعيا لتحقيق اهداف الدراسة اعتمد الطالبان في دراستهم الحالية على المنهج الوصفي كونه يعتبر الأنسب لدراسة طبيعة الموضوع.
