الملخص

Depuis longtemps, les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) ont été un pilier important de l'économie nationale. Elles ont subi diverses réformes et bénéficié de programmes de soutien, ce qui les a positionnées au cœur de l'activité économique. C'est dans ce contexte de développements variés que nous avons entrepris d'explorer, à travers cette étude, la manière dont ces entreprises sont régies et opèrent au quotidien. En d'autres termes, notre objectif était d'analyser la création et le financement des PME en Algérie.Cette recherche repose sur la conviction que l'entrepreneuriat joue un rôle crucial dans la promotion de l'innovation et de la compétitivité nationale. Il se manifeste principalement par l'initiative de création d'entreprises portée par des individus ayant une forte propension à prendre des risques, motivés par une aspiration entrepreneuriale.Le mémoire expose son projet en exposant la problématique et la méthodologie adoptée, à travers la collecte de données, les entretiens et l'étude de cas. Les données collectées, qu'elles soient quantitatives ou qualitatives, ont été soumises à des analyses visant à évaluer le rôle de la CNAC dans la création et le financement des PME, ainsi que les performances de ces entreprises bénéficiaires de ce dispositif.For a significant duration, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have served as a pivotal driving force within the national economy. In simpler terms, we aimed to scrutinize the inception and funding of Algerian SMEs.This research is anchored in the belief that entrepreneurship assumes a critical role in nurturing innovation and enhancing national competitiveness. It is chiefly characterized by the proactive initiative to establish businesses, steered by individuals displaying a marked inclination for risk-taking, all driven by their entrepreneurial ambitions.The thesis introduces its project by outlining the problem statement and the chosen methodology, encompassing data collection, interviews, and case studies. The amassed data, whether quantitative or qualitative, underwent comprehensive analysis with the aim of evaluating the role of NACC in the establishment and financing of SMEs, along with the performance of companies benefiting from this program.
