تعتبرجودة حياة العمل من المواضيع المهمة في نجاح المنظمات الا أن هنالك ندرة في الدراسات السابقة خصوصاً في الدول النامية ولذا هدفت هذه الدراسة لاختبار جودة حياة العمل على الإستغراق الوظيفي،ودراسة الدور الوسيط لرأس المال النفسي في هذه العلاقة وتمثل المجتمع المستهدف للدراسة من طلاب الدراسات العليا متمثلاً من طلاب الجامعات بولاية الخرطوم وتمّ بناء نموذج الدراسة بإستخدام نظرية السبب والنتيجة ونظرية التبادل الإجتماعي بإستخدام المنهج الوصفي، من عينة غير احتمالية قصدية. ......................

ترجمة الملخص

The aim of this study is to test the quality of life of work on employment and to study the intermediate role of psychological capital in this relationship. The target population of the study is represented by postgraduate students, of university students in the state of Khartoum. The model of the study was constructed using the theory of cause and effect and the theory of social exchange using the descriptive method, from a non-probabilistic sample.(250) questionnaires were distributed the studants who were subjets of study (93%)ofquestionnaires were rebrtred. A number of descriptive and statistical methods were used to analyze the collected data and to test hypotheses. The results of the study showed that there is a positive relationship between the quality of work life ,employment and psychological capital,and the results also indicated that there is a positive relationship between psychological capital and employment. The study revealed that psychological capital does not mediate the relationship between the quality of working life and employment. The study showed several theoretical and applied effects. The study recommended several recommendations related to future studies and research.Keywords:quality of work life, employment, psychological capital..
