ترجمة الملخص

This research aims at studying Woman Education in Tartous Governorate and the impact of her educational level rise on both the social and economic development, whether for her, for family, or for the state as a whole. The research society comprises the married women in Tartous Governorate, and the survey sample comprises 470 women. This study reveals that healthy upbringing results from the parents' care, which is, in turn, a result of the woman's increased level of awareness in raising the children up, adopting new methods in upbringing, and in collaboration with the father. Consequently, this is reflected positively on the social level of the individual, family, and society. The woman also has an important role in the children's educational qualification as a result of her awareness of education importance and its positive impact on the individual. In addition, the woman's high level of education contributes positively to improving her employment status or providing available career opportunities to her as a result of her ability of holding the employment post. It also contributes to improving the economic level as a result of the rise of her salary and her ability of promotion in her career whenever she gets a higher level of education.
