الملخص

En Algérie, les défaillances des réseaux d'Alimentation en Eau Potable (AEP) constituent un problème complexe et coûteux. Par conséquent, les gestionnaires de ces réseaux doivent élaborer un plan de maintenance et de réhabilitation pour maintenir le réseau en bon état. C’est dans cette optique que notre travail s'inscrit, avec pour thème l'élaboration d’un outil d’aide à la réhabilitation des conduites d’AEP de la région de Mechtras dans la ville de Tizi Ouzou.Notre étude repose sur un schéma de priorisation des conduites d'alimentation en eau potable pour leur réhabilitation, élaboré selon la méthode AHP-PROMETHEE II. Cette méthodologie intègre plusieurs critères représentant les différentes caractéristiques des conduites d’AEP. Ces critères s’adaptent aux stratégies de gestion de l’Algérienne des Eaux (ADE) et aux données pratiques disponibles. Le processus d’analyse hiérarchique (AHP) est utilisé pour déterminer les poids des critères, tandis que la méthode PROMETHEE II permet d'obtenir le classement final des conduites.

In Algeria, Failures in the networks of D rinking Water Supply (DWS) present a complex and costly problem. Consequently, network managers need to draw up a rehabilitation plan to keep the network in good condition. For this, our work focuses on the development of a management tool for drinking water supply networks in the Mechtras region at Tizi Ouzou City. Our study is based on a scheme for prioritizing drinking water supply pipes for rehabilitation, developed using the AHP-PROMETHEE II method. This methodology integrates several criteria representing the different characteristics of DWS pipes. These criteria are adapted to the managers strategies and the practical data available. The hierarchical analysis process (AHP) is used to determine the weights of the criteria, while the PROMETHEE II method is used to obtain the final ranking of the pipelines.
