الملخص

يعد النمو المستمر للمدينة ظاهرة متميزة؛ وذلك من خلال تغيرات إقتصادية وسياسية وإجتماعية،إذ تعد مراكز المدن من أكثرالمناطق تعرضاً للتغيّر لاحتوائها على مختلف الوظائف،لذلك أسهمت هذه الدراسة من خلال مفردات المحاور التي تم مناقشتها تحليل ظاهرة النمو الحضري لمدينة الكوت وتحديد اتجاهاته،من خلال تسليط الضوء على خصائص البيئة الجغرافية الطبيعية المكونة من الموقع والموضع وطبيعة السطح والبنية الجيولوجية والموارد المائية التي تعد من أبرز العوامل التي أسهمت في نشوء المدينة،وهذا يعني أنَّ نمو المدينة لايتم بدون خضوعه لمجموعة من الضوابط الطبيعية التي تفرضها ظروف البيئة المحلية، كما إن للعوامل البشرية المتمثلة بالنمو السكاني والهجرة والعوامل الاقتصادية من أهم العوامل في النمو الحضري للمدينة . اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج المورفولوجي في تحديد مراحل نمو المدينة واتجاهات توسعها العمراني على مستوى الأحياء السكنية التي ظهرت وازدادت في كل مرحلة من مراحل نمو المدينة ، إذأظهرت الدراسة أنَّ زيادة عدد السكان كان من العوامل المؤثرة في زيادة حجم المدينة وتغيراتها العمرانية من خلال النمو الحضري للمدينة الذي ارتبط بعلاقة طردية بعدد السكان من جهة وزيادة عدد الأحياء السكنية وما صاحبها من بروز بعض المشكلات في المدينة .كما اعتمدت المنهج الوظيفي في تحليل استعمالات الأرض الحضرية وكفائتها الوظيفية، وذلك باعتماد بعض المعايير التخطيطية المناسبة. أوضحت الدراسة الرؤية المستقبلية للنمو السكاني والحاجة المستقبلية لاستعمالات الأرض الحضرية حتى عام 2022وكذلك أظهرت الدراسة أن المدينة يمكن أن تتوسع في جميع الاتجاهات وذلك لعدم وجود محددات تحد من هذا التوسع واختتمت الدراسة بمجموعة من الاستنتاجات والمقترحات للاسهام في تحسين واقع النمو الحضري بما يتناسب والخصائص الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية للمدينة.

The study relied on curriculum morphological in determining the stages of the city's growth and trends in the expansion of urban level residential neighborhoods that Zartoazdat in every stage of the growth of the city, as the study showed that the increase in population was a factor in increasing the size of the city and its variability Urban through the urban growth of the city , which associated with proportional relationship to the population in terms of increasing the number of residential neighborhoods and the accompanying emergence of some of the problems in the city also adopted a function-based approach in the analysis of urban land use and efficiency of functional , and that the adoption of some proper planning standards . The study showed vision of the future population growth and the need for future uses of urban land until 2022 as well as the study showed that the city can expand in all directions and that the lack of limitations challenge of this expansion and the study concludes with a set of conclusions and recommendations to contribute to improving the situation of urban growth Us commensurate with the characteristics of the social , economic and cultural of the city.
