الملخص

L'étude a pour objectif d’évaluer la toxicité de l’insecticide Decis expert a base de deltaméthrine sur le modèle biologique Eobania vermiculata.Des groupes d’escargots Eobania vermiculata adulte ont été collectés dans leur habitat naturel et repartis aléatoirement en quatre groupes de 10 individus chacun, un groupe témoin n’a reçu aucune exposition à l’insecticide, tandis que les 3 autres groupes ont été exposés à des concentrations croissantes Decis expert dans leur alimentation. Les escargots ont été marqués individuellement pour permettre un suivi de leur état de santé et de leur comportement pendant la période de traitement. Chaque matin, la quantité de nourriture restante était soigneusement pesée. Il était crucial de mesurer le poids corporel de chaque escargot individuellement afin de surveiller leur croissance. Ensuite, les boîtes étaient nettoyées méticuleusement pour éliminer tout résidu d'insecticide. Enfin, la nourriture contaminée était renouvelée pour les groupes traités, tandis que le groupe témoin recevait une alimentation normale.L’analyse des résultats a révèlé un impact significatif de l’insecticide sur le poids corporel des individus et leurs comportements alimentaires liés à une perturbation de l’appétit ou une altération des processus, mais aucune influence notable marquée sur la croissance de leur coquille, Et aucunemortalité n’a été observeé au cours de l’étude.

The aim of our study is to assess the toxicity of the deltamethrin-based insecticide Decis expert on the biological model Eobaniavermiculata. Groups of adult Eobaniavermiculata snails were collected in their natural habitat and randomly divided into four groups of 10 individuals each. One control group received no exposure to the insecticide, while the other 3 groups were exposed to increasing concentrations of Decis expert in their diet. The snails were individually marked to enable monitoring of their health and behavior during the treatment period. Each morning, the amount of food was carefully weighed. It was crucial to measure the body weight of each snail individually in order to monitor their growth. Next, the boxes were meticulously cleaned to remove any residual insecticide. Finally, the contaminated food was replenished for the treated groups, while the control group received a normal diet. Analysis of the results revealed a significant impact of the insecticide on the body weight of the individuals and their feeding behaviors linked to appetite disturbance or altered processes, but no significant influence on their shell growth, and no mortality was observed during the study.
