الملخص

وفقا لمبدأ التراتبية والتسلسل المعرفي في تخصص علم اجتماع التربية، وللغوص أكثر في مجريات البحث العلمي جاءت أطروحة الدكتوراه هذه كتتمة لدراسات سابقة، بهدف عام هو معرفة واقع الوعي التربوي لدى فئات من الأساتذة الجزائريين من خلال التأثير الديداكتيكي والبيداغوجي المتمثل أولا: في وعاء طريقة التدريس في مرحلة اللسانس، وثانيا: من خلال مدخلية العوائق المجتمعية لدى مدرسي التعليم المتوسط بما تحتويه من عناصر وخصائص وبما تنطوي عليه من نفوذ رسمي وغير رسمي، فعال ومؤثر في مرحلة الماجيستير، وأخيرا من خلال تقويم أهم أسس ودعائم العملية التعليمية/التعلمية والمتمثلة في التكوين عموما بما يحمله هذا المصطلح من مطاطية واتساع مازال يمتد في اتجاهات عدة محلية ووطنية تقليدية وأخرى عالمية تتزعمها مدخلات العولمة- بما تحمله من إيجابيات وسلبيات - التي تسببت في تغيير الواقع المجتمعي العالمي المتسم بالتذبذب المضطرب. نتحدث عن هذه المعوقات التكوينية التعليمية التي يمكنها أن تُؤثر من خلال العديد من الأبعاد السوسيولوجية التي يمكن الإشارة إلى بعضها – وفق أحد روافد النظرية البنائية الوظيفية - بما يُسمى بمنظور العائق الوظيفي لميرتون على أداء المدرس، ويمكن الإشارة إليها أيضا – وفق أحد روافد النظرية الماركسية المحدثة – بما سماه بيار بورديو بالهابيتوس والثقافة السائدة والثقافة المسيطرة...إلخ. يمكننا في هذه الدراسة أن نتحقق علميا بواسطة الأدوات العلمية والتقنيات المتاحة المختارة في تخصص علم اجتماع التربية حول كثير مما يطرح من خلال مختلف المصادر والمراجع عن ظاهرة التكوين لدى مدرسي التعليم المتوسط وتأثير بعض مدخلات العولمة فيها وذلك من خلال إحصاءات مبنية على مؤشرات استقرائية، ووصف وتحليل وتفسير سوسيولوجي وذلك للتأكد من صحة الفرضيات: معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين آليات التكوين الديداكتيكي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط ومدخلات العولمة. معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين آليات التكوين الذاتي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط ومدخلات العولمة. معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين آليات التكوين البيداغوجي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط ومدخلات العولمة. يمكن عرض بعض نتائج هذه الدراسة كما يلي: إن مخططات تكوين الأساتذة عموما قبل أو أثناء الخدمة تفتقر في الجزائر إلى سياسة تدريب تقوم على أسس علمية واضحة، وما يمكن ملاحظته أنها تتسم بالارتجال والسطحية وضعف الوعي التدريبي وقلة المرافق التدريبية، وضبابية الأهداف، وضعف أساليب التقويم والمتابعة التي توفر معطيات عن حقيقة مواصفات أداء الدرسين. هذه المخططات المختلفة من أهم ما يميزها أنها لم تعتمد عمليا على التنويع في استراتيجيات التدريب لضمان تلبية احتياجات المدرسين المتنوعة وتفريد عملية التدريب حسب فئات المدرسين، لأنها لم تعتمد سوى على دعاية البالونات الإعلامية، التي تعلن تطبيق بعض المقاربات ذات المناهج الجديدة المستوردة من هنا وهناك، وغفلت المعطيات الواقعية سواء بالنسبة لفئة المؤطرين أو بالنسبة لفئة المدرسين، الذين لجأوا مرغمين إلى الاعتماد على خبرتهم الشخصية في البحث عن الوثائق والبرامج بهدف إقامة مجموعة من المكتسبات النظرية، وتحديث المعارف الأكاديمية ...إلخ، بهدف تكوين أنفسهم بأنفسهم. هناك أنواع ثلاثة من التكوين كل منها يعتمد على علوم متخصصة سواء ما تعلق منها بمختلف العلوم التربوية، أو تلك التي لها صلة بالعلوم الاجتماعية مثل علم الاجتماع والأنثروبولوجيا وعلم النفس، يحتاج المدرس الجزائري أن يعرفها ليطبقها في واقعه التربوي والتعليمي. بذلك يمكن أن يتشكل وعيه التربوي. يمكن تفعيل دور المدارس العليا للأساتذة، وتوسيع تجربتها في مختلف الجامعات، بهدف تكوين الأساتذة تكوينا قبليا، وفتح المجال لمواصلة ذلك التكوين من ربطها بالمعاهد التكنولوجية، من خلال فتح دورات تغني المسار الخبراتي لكل أستاذ على أن يكون هذا التكوين مثمّن اجتماعيا وماديا. بهذه الاقتراحات وغيرها من النتائج المستقاة من مختلف التجارب العالمية التي تسعى العولمة الإيجابية إلى تجميعها ونشرها في مختلف الوسائط الإعلامية، يمكن أن يكون للتكوين قيمة تعمل على تصنيف كفاءات وقدرات الأساتذة، وبذلك فإن الوعي التربوي للأستاذ سيتعمق وسيثمر أداءً تربويا وتعليميا يؤثر في نتائج التحصيل عند التلاميذ والطلاب
