ترجمة الملخص

The study reviewed the general conditions in Egypt during the succession of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (peace be upon him ) which is one of the important topics of the historical heritage of Egypt , which is full of events and geographical location has a clear impact in the region ,which led to make it the focus of the muslims and in view of that importance has become the focus of the historians who have special works or taks about them in many books as well as a number of researchers interested in different aspects of political , economic ,social and intellectual . Egypt has had a special role in the manfacture of events during the history of Al-Rashidi (11-41 A.H / 632-661 A.D) therefore shed light about this period . In order to focus our study accurately and objectively . we went to the coupler of the conditions of Egypt during the reigns of the two caliphs Omr bin al-Khattab and Uthman bin Affan and their walats in the successions of Imam Ali . We used the analytical me thod to answer some of the questions raised . The study divided into four chapters and preceded by introduction about the conditions of Egypt before the succession of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) . The chapter one involved to study administratioe conditions in Egypt during the succession of Imam Ali, it involved three sections .The section one involved the coneept of alwilaya in languege and convention , and also the condition to be in the character of governor in the light of Imam Alis thought . The section two involved the study of the judicial function and definition it in language and convention . while the section three in volved the study of the police functions in Egypt and definition it in languege and convention . the chapter two speciali Zed to study the political conditions of Egypt during the succession of Imam Ali (peace be upon him ) . It involved two sections , the first involved the study political of Egypts governors before the succession of Imam Ali (peace be upon him ) , while the section two involved the study the politieal and military conditions of Egypt during the succession of Imam Ali (peace be upon him ) . The chapter three involved the study of the economic conditions of Egypt during the succession of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) , and it divided into two sections ,the first involved the finance resources of Egypt like abscess and the second involved the study the economic activity of Egypt . The chapter four involved the Egypts social and in tellctual conditions during the succession of Imam Ali ,and it divided into two sections . the first involved the study of Egypt's social conditions while the second in volved the study of Egypt's intellectual conditions during this period . It became clear to us through the study that the abundance of wealth that God gave to Egypt has made it an important place in history in addition to the geographical location . It became clear to us through the study that despite the short reign of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) over Egypt , it was full of political events because of the desire of Muawiyah bin Abi Sufan to take possession of it through his supporters inside Egypt or outside , but Imam Ali (peace be upon him) was able to paint a way for his rulers to regulate the course of things in the best way through the letters that he sent to them.
