الملخص

Le tourisme durable privilégie la découverte des espaces naturels, assure un équilibre entre développement économique, protection de l’environnement et valorisation du patrimoine culturel. Dans cette vision, notre travail se concentre sur le loisir culturel éco-touristique afin d’offrir à l’homme des activités vers lesquelles il se tourne après son travail et un moyen de maintenir la bonne santé physique et mentale, cela à travers une étude de la ville de Dellys. Une ville connue par son potentiel naturel, culturel et touristique, faisant d’elle une parcelle propice pour la projection de cet équipement. L’idée de notre intervention est de revaloriser le patrimoine naturel de la ville en ravivant l’articulation ville-mer-forêt, ainsi que le patrimoine culturel-historique en réinterprétant la Casbah et en préservant les legs du passé par l’intégration des savoir-faire traditionnels locaux. La question est donc de savoir quelle est la meilleure procédure à adopter pour préserver le potentiel naturel et culturel dont profite notre site, en exploitant au mieux ses atouts touristiques, tout en adoptant une démarche écologique ? Afin d’atteindre nos objectifs et de répondre à notre problématique, nous avons effectué une étude des concepts mobilisés, avec une analyse des projets référentiels. Nous avons par la suite procédé à une analyse du site afin de ressortir les éléments propres à la mise en valeur des concepts étudiés, pour, au final, concrétiser ces éléments par la conception d’un projet architectural. Le projet sera fondé sur les principes du développement durable et doté d’une architecture bioclimatique avec des dispositifs passifs et actifs. Cela afin d’assurer le confort des usagers, réduire au maximum la consommation énergétique, et une meilleure intégration à l’environnement.

Sustainable tourism favors the discovery of natural spaces, ensures a balance between economic development, environmental protection and enhancement of cultural heritage. In this vision, our work focuses on cultural leisure eco-tourism in order to offer people activities to which they turn after their work and a means of maintaining good physical and mental health, through a study of the city of Dellys. A city known for its natural, cultural and tourist potential, making it a suitable plot for the projection of this equipment. The importance of our intervention is to revalorize the natural heritage of the city by reviving the articulation city-sea-forest. As well as the cultural-historical heritage by reinterpreting the Kasbah and preserving the legacies of the past by integrating local traditional know-how. The question is therefore to know what is the best procedure to adopt, to preserve the natural and cultural potential that our site benefits from, by making the best use of its tourist assets, while adopting an ecological approach? In order to achieve our objectives and respond to our problem, we carried out a study of the concepts used, with an analysis of the reference projects. We then carried out an analysis of the site in order to highlight the elements specific to the development of the concepts studied. In the end, to concretize these elements by the design of an architectural project. The project will be based on the principles of sustainable development and equipped with a bioclimatic architecture with passive and active devices. This is to ensure the comfort of users, reduce energy consumption as much as possible, and better integrate into the environment.
