ترجمة الملخص

The aim of this research is to study some of the essential issues that touch our lives and build on them a lot of judgments, and to present them to the opinion of the islamic jurists and specialists to find the correct opinionin the next subjects: Astrological calculations and relying on them in determining the time of seeing the crescent, the main way should be the visual vision, but using the scientific calculation is permitted in controversial situations. The second issue isthe distinction between menstruation and the flow of blood after menstruation period (Istahad), the menstrual blood is the blood of the legitimate excuse, and maternal blood (Nefas) is the blood because of birth, while Ista had is the blood due to disease. On this basis,the judgment of islamic legitimacyis adopted. The third isstudy the defect that affects one of the spouses after marriage which may affect theirlife, as well as study the abortion incase ofascertaining the risk of pregnancy, the tremendous progress in the science of embryos shows us the extent of the risk posed by the fetus to the mother. The researcher investigated these issues and presented them to the scientific facts, and applied them to the mentioned issues and declare the judgment of islamic legitimacy of these cases. The researcher returned to a number of researches, reports and scientific studies related to the subject. The researcher expects to reach a number of important results regarding rulings, seeing the crescent of Ramadan, and diseases that affect marital life, and when the fetus is a source of danger to the health of the mother.
