ترجمة الملخص

The objective of this work is to make a technical study of a pedagogical block for a high school R + 2 + Between-ground implanted in the commune of Bordj El-Amir Abdelkader in wilaya of Tissemsilt. The latter is classified in zone IIa according to the Algerian Earthquake Regulation R.P.A 99 / Version 2003. Our interest is to ensure the stability and the resistance of our work to the various effects while taking into account the economic aspect. The calculation is done at the limit states of reinforced concrete structures braced by self-stable sails and gantries (columns, beams).Our study consists of:Recognize and present the characteristics of the structure and the materials used.Study the technical side, mean the pre-dimensioning of the horizontal elements (beams, channels and floors) and vertical elements (columns, sails), and make a detailed calculation of the different non-structural elements (acroterion, stairs, balcony ... etc.), everything according to the regulations and known methods (BAEL 91 modified 99 and associated DTU, RPA 99 / Version 2003 and DTR BC 2.2) existed.Make a numerical modeling using the software Etabs version 9.7.4 (the analysis of the behavior of the structure under the seismic action and computation of the dynamic characteristics -clean mode of vibration and the rigidity-), in order to check the stability and the safety of the structures according to the resistance of the different structural elements (posts, beams, sails ...) to the different stresses (compression, bending ...).Calculate the reinforcement of all these elements.Study of the infrastructure that aims to ensure the balance of the structure.
