Mots clés :syndrome coronarien aigu, dyslipidémie, athérosclérose.ABSTRACTOur work is to study the impact of dyslipidemia on development of acute coronary syndromeand hence the development of cardiovascular diseases in Tlemcen area (Algeria). Our aim is to assay lipid biomarkers (total cholesterol, triglycerides, VLDL-C, LDL-C, HDL-C,VLDL - TG, TG, LDL- TG- HDL apoproteins Al and B100 and.LCAT activity) to determinedyslipidemia in acute coronary syndrome. For this we studied two populations, a healthy control population presenting no pathology (n= 11) and coronary population from of Cardiology department of CHU Tlemcen (n = 11).Our results showed a significant increase in total cholesterol and LDL-C and a decrease inHDL-C, and a significant increase in triglycerides accompanied by a decrease in apoA andan increase in apoB.LCAT activity increased in patients compared with controls,In conclusion, hyperlipidemia is one of very important factors in the development 0f acutecoronary syndrome consequence of atherosclerosis. Keywords: acute coronary syndrome, dyslipidemia, atherosclerosisJUk,(.jl)ùL tHDL -C' LDL- C' VLDL -c 3I JJ JJJ 4J 4.4.i ' LCAT . j BlOC j LDL- TG- HDL apoproteins Al 'TG 'VLDL - TG.LJI 3t j 1i(11 = û) '-j à.
