الملخص

يهتم الإرشاد النفسي بمساعدة الفرد على اكتشاف قدراته ومواهبه ونقاط القوة والضعف فيه، حتى يستفيد من كل ذلك فى التخطيط لحياته المستقبلية فيتعرف على نوع الدراسة أو المهنة التي تناسبه أكثر، ليتفوق فيها ويتوافق، ويحقق ذاته وطموحاته بنجاح واقتدار. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على فاعلية الإرشاد النفسي المتمركز حول العميل من وجهة نظر الأخصائيين النفسيين العاملين بمستشفيات مدينة أمدرمان بولاية الخرطوم، كما هدفت إلى دراسة الفروق آراءالأخصائيين النفسيين حول فاعلية الإرشاد النفسي المتمركز حول العميل وفقاً لمتغيرات (نوع الحاجة الإرشادية، نوع المستشفى، مؤهل الأخصائي النفسي، نوع الأخصائي)، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي مستعينة باستبانة أعدتها خصيصاً لأغراض الدراسة، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية من الأخصائيين النفسيين العاملين في بعض المستشفيات الحكومية وبعض المستشفيات الخاصة بمدينة أمدرمان قوامها (40) أخصائياً وأخصائية نصفهم من الذكور ونصفهم الآخر من الإناث، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: الإرشاد النفسي المتمركز حول العميل فاعل بدرجة عالية في كل من المحور النفسي بمتوسط حسابي (2.95) والأسري بمتوسط حسابي (2.97)، وفاعل بدرجة متوسطة في محوري الإرشاد المهني بمتوسط حسابي (2.69) والتربوي بمتوسط حسابي (2.76)، وأكدت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق في آراء الأخصائيين النفسيين حول فاعلية الإرشاد النفسي المتمركز حول العميل تعزى لمتغيرات (نوع المستشفى، مؤهل الأخصائي النفسي، نوع الأخصائي)، بينما أكدت الدراسة وجود فروق في آراء الأخصائيين النفسيين حول فاعلية الإرشاد النفسي المتمركز حول العميل تعزى إلى سنوات الخبرة لصالح (أكثر من 5 سنوات). توصي الدراسة بتوفير الخدما ت الإرشادية النفسية وتعميمها في صورها الإرشادية والعلاجية والتشجيعية والوقائية؛ تقترح الدراسةإجراء دراسة لمعرفة أثر الإرشاد النفسي المتمركز حول العميل في تنمية مفهوم الذات لدى الأفراد المعوقين.

Psychological counsellingis concerned with helping individuals to discover their abilities talents, strengths and weakness in order to use this self-knowledge in planning for their future life. One can accordingly decide what field of study suits him best, and what job he might choose, can get adapted to and will excel it at in order to obtain self, realization and fulfil his life's ambition successfully. The aimed at finding out about the effectiveness of client –centered psychological counselling from the point of view of the psychologists working for Omdurman hospitals, Khartoum State. It also aimed at investigation the differences in psychologists qualifications, and their gender. The researcher has followed the descriptive method using the questionnaire designed specially forthe study. A random sample of (40) psychologists (20)males and (20) females working for Omdurman government and private hospitals was chosen for the study, and the data was analyzed statistically through (SPSS) programme. The study has arrived at several conclusions: Client -centered counselling is highly effective concerning both, the psychological aspect, whose arithmetic mean is 2.95 and the family aspect, whose mean represents 2.97. Beside it is moderately effective with respect to both the vocational aspect whose arithmetic mean represents 2.96, and the educational aspect whose mean is 2.76. The study has shown that there are not any differences in the psychologists views on the effectiveness of client-centered counselling ascribed to the variables concerning the type of hospital, the psychologists qualifications or his gender, However there are differences in the psychologists views of client-centered counselling in favor of years of work experiences (exceeding 5 years). The study recommended: that counselling should be made available for the public in all of its psychological therapeutic, preventive and encouraging forms. The study has suggested undertaking studies on the effect of the client-centered counselling on developing self-concept among handicapped individuals.
