الملخص

1-يتناول هذا البحث شروط المسكن المستدام ضمن محورين، الاول بيئي يراعي شروط الببيئة المحلية والثاني انشائي يرتبط بتحديد انماط ووسائل ومواد الانشاء، ويمثل المحور الثاني الاعتبارات الخاصة بالتصميم من حيث طرق ووسائل التشييد،كما ويعطي المحوران مجتمعان من خلال تفرعاتهما مداخل مهمة لتحقيق هدف الاستدامة للمسكن.2-اعتمد البحث الاسلوب الوصفي التحليلي لعدة نماذج سكنية مستدامة منفذة في اماكن مختلفة من العالم واعطى تقييما لامكانية الاستفادة منها محليا.توصل البحث الى ان الفناء الداخلي ليس عنصرا في المبنى يمكن الاستغناء عنة، انما هو وفق مبادئ التصميم المعماري له جزء من الفراغ العام ليقوم ببعض الوظائف العمومية في توجية الفراغات بجانب التخصيص في جعل هذا الفناء بيئة طبيعية و اجتماعية داخلية خاصة، واستخلاص بعض معايير تصميم الفناء الداخلي بما يتناسب مع موقع و مناخ ولاية الخرطوم.كمؤشرمن المؤشرات التي تهدي إلي تطبيق مفهوم الاستدامة والارشاد إلي الطريقة المثلي لمحاولة تحقيق فكرة الاستدامة لترك الخرطوم في حالة جيدة للاجيال القادمة.

This research deals with the conditions ofthesustainable house within two pivots; the first is environmental that looks after the conditions of local environment and the second is constructive where it is related to determine the modes, devices and constructional material. The second pivot represents the considerations concerning the design regarding the methods and devices of construction. Thus, the two pivots together throughout their subdividing give important stages for achieving the aim of sustainability of house.2-The research depends on the analytical for several models of sustainable housing in different places oftheworld and gives and evaluation of the possibility of getting benefit of them locally.3-The research found that the inner courtyard is not an element in the buildingthatcan be dispensed with, but it is according to my principles of architectural design has a part of the general vacuum to make some public functions in directing the blanks next to customization to make this yard natural and social internal private environment, and draw some design patio standards internal commensurate with the location and climate of the state of Khartoum .kmahrmenAlmahratalta presents the application of the concept of sustainability and guidance to the best way to try to realize the idea of sustainability to leave Khartoum in good condition for future generations..
