الملخص

Recently measuring of cardiac performance by scintigraphy has been used asindicator of heart muscle ability to contract . This study aimed to identify andevaluatecardiac performance (cardiac output) by nuclear medicine technique.The data was collected from 50 patients at Elnilein medical center, department ofnuclear medicine, during the period This study was conducted during the periodfrom april 2014 to august 2014. The patients were injected with a 99mTcO-4sestamibi then gamma camera was used to detect the count rate and hence wascalculated. The data were analyzed by using statistical packages for social studies(SPSS) under windows using linear association between arterial blood pressure andage, body mass index, stroke volume, cardiac output and ejection fraction. Theresults showed that the total 50 patient with main age equal60.46 ± 12.0 years and27.8 ± 7.0 for body mass index.The mean heart rate, stroke volume, ,ejectionfraction and cardiac output for the patient included in this study was79.50 beat perminutes ± 11.1 , 79.46 ml ± 11.9, 61.8 % ± 4.6 and5.90 L/min ± 1.2respectively.Consequently the results revealed that the stroke volume ,ejectionfraction, age and body mass index as the sesdecrease as heart rate increase.by0.897 ml per heart beats, 0.221 % per heart beats,60.46 years ± 12.0 and 27.8 ± 7.0units respectivelycardiac output have diect proportiona with heart rate. the cardiacoutput increase by .0.089 l/min per heart rate .

یتم حالیا قیاس كفاءة عضلة القلب باستخدام جھاز المسح الذريتم اجراء دراسة لتقیم كفاءة عضلة .قدرة عضلة القلب على الانقباض و ضخ الدم .بواسطة معدل نبضات القلب و المسح الذري (سعة القلب )القلب على الانقباض اجریت الدراسة في مركز النیلین التشخیصي بقسم الطب النووي على 50 مریض في الفترة من2014ابریل الى 2014 اغسطس حیث یتم حقن المریض بالمادة المشعة و یوضع المریض في جھاز المسح الذريالدراسة تم تحلیلھا باستخدام .برنامج احصائي متخصص الذي یتم فیھ استخدام معامل الارتباط الخطي بین عمر سعة القلب و نسبة الدم الخارجة من ،حجم ضربة القلب ،معامل كتلة الجسم ،المریضالقلب ومعدل نبضات القلب نتائج الدراسة وضحت الاتي . معدل نبضات القلب یقل مع الزیادة فيحجم ضربة القلب و نسبة الدم ،معامل كتلة الجسم ، عمر المریضالخارجة من القلب بمعدل 60.5 سنة و 27.8 وحدة و 0.897 مللترو 0.222 % اضافة الى ان معدل نبضات القلب یزید مع الزیادة في سعة القلب .على التواليبمعدل0.089 . لتر لكل دقیقة
