Predicting in the transformational leadership and administrative creativity in ethics significance of the education career for teachers of physical education and sport science of the middle euphrates and south regions The importance of the study lies in the recognition of the possession of physical education teachers for administrative competencies (transformational leadership, managerial innovation) and the ethics of teaching profession and Prediction administrative competencies (transformational leadership -administrative innovation) in terms of the ethics of their profession which enable them to carry out administrative tasks and achieve educational goals to put them in hands of educational institution officials .The problem of the research was that the physical education teachers did not take equal chances with their peers from the other specialties to carry out the administrative tasks (the school headmaster and his assistants, the director of the educational sector, educational supervisor.) ...The research aims to identify the degree of possession of administrative competencies (transformational leadership -administrative innovation) and the ethics of the teaching profession of physical education and sports sciences teachers and predict the administrative competencies (transformational leadership -administrative innovation) in terms of the ethics of the teaching profession of physical education and sports sciences teachers The study community consists of teachers of physical education and sports sciences who have a service of 15 years or more in the Middle Euphrates region and the southern region in the second semester of the academic year. The research community consists of teachers in schools (preparatory, intermediate and secondary) The sample consisted of teachers out of who formed a percentage of the total number of teachers, ) Of the search community in addition to the sample application that is teachers and schools out of formed a percentage of the research community. After completing the preparation and construction, the researcher applied the scale to the sample of the research. After completing the main experiment, collecting the forms from the examinees and then emptying the data and gathering the information. The program (Excel) was processed statistically using the program (SPSS .)The most important conclusions are the development of final predictive equations through which to predict administrative competencies (transformational leadership) -managerial creativity in terms of the ethics of teaching profession.The most important recommendations of the researcher to pay attention to qualified academic staff who have the characteristics and attributes of transformational leadership and administrative creativity as well as the ethics of the teaching profession to benefit from them, that the responsible bodies of the highest educational institution gave the teacher of physical education and sports sciences enough attention to carry out administrative tasks.
