الملخص

Deals with this project a model to almanara station to water treatment that are built by the apply of control system integrated instead of control systems partial.Is designed interfaces, graphical to monitor the work of the station by use of control system supervisory (SCADA) and also the system is designed to control valves and pumps and that the use of controller programmable (PLC) through the use of the ladder diagram to control the station fully and decreasing the use of electrical component, which leads to reduce the faults. And controlled in station starting from the source intake and the end of the tanks, which distributes water to consumers. Found through the final results of the control system integrated easy process display and reduced the faults led to the smooth operation of the system and matched results with objectives.

ترجمة الملخص: يتناول هذا المشروع نموذجا لمحطة المنارة لمعالجة المياه التي يتم بناؤها من خلال تطبيق نظام تحكم متكامل بدلاً من أنظمه التحكم الجزئية.تم تصميم الواجهات الرسومية لمراقبة عمل المحطة بواسطة إستخدام نظام التحكم الإشرافي (SCADA) وأيضاً تم تصميم نظام للتحكم في الصمامات والمضخات وذلك بإستخدمت المتحكمة المنطقية القابلة للبرمجة (PLC) من خلال إستخدام المخطط السلمي وذلك للتحكم في المحطة بشكل كامل و تقليل إستخدام المعدات الكهرائية التي تؤدي لتقليل الأعطال و يتم التحكم في المحطة إبتداءً من المصدر و إنتهاءً بالخزانات التي توزع المياه إلى المستهلكين.وجد من خلال النتائج النهائية أن نظام التحكم المتكامل سهل عملية العرض و قلل من الأخطاء بنسبة كبيرة ساعدت علي عمل المنظومة بصورة سلسة و وجد أن النتائج تطابقت بنسبة كبيرة مع الاهداف المنشودة.
