الملخص

Dans ce mémoire nous avons traité d’un thème pratique, qui a pour but la réalisation d’une source de courant réglable pouvant atteindre au moins une dizaine d’Ampères, tout en tenant compte des paramètres : fiabilité, stabilité, sécurité et rapport qualité prix.Cette source est dédiée aux travaux pratiques de l’unité énergie renouvelable au sein du département d'électrotechnique de l'université Mouloud Mammeri Tizi-Ouzou Nous avons démarré notre travail avec l'aide d'un travail déjà fait en 2021/2022 par le binôme GUETTAS et HELLALI sous la direction de Melle KACHENOURA. Le but de notre travail réside dans l’amélioration du projet déjà réalisé.Partons de la structure existante, nous avons opté pour le changement du modèle des transistors, par conséquent de tous le système.Les surtout le système de refroidissement. De plus un modèle de simulation fin, en utilisant la bibliothèque de MATLAB 2023 au lieu de WIZARD utilisé précédemment pour les résultats de simulation, et réaliser un modèle fiable et très utile dans notre réalisation expérimentale.

In this dissertation, we've addressed a practical topic, the aim of which is to design an adjustable current source capable of delivering at least ten Amperes, while taking into account the following parameters: reliability, stability, safety and value for money. This source is dedicated to the practical work of the renewable energy unit within the electrical engineering department of the Université Mouloud Mammeri Tizi-Ouzou.We started our work with the help of work already done in 2021/2022 by the GUETTAS and HELLALI pair under the supervision of Melle KACHENOURA. The aim of our work is to improve the project already completed. Starting with the existing structure, we opted to change the transistor model, and consequently the entire system. Especially the cooling system. In addition, a fine simulation model, using the MATLAB 2023 library instead of WIZARD used previously for simulation results, and achieve a reliable and very useful model in our experimental realization.
