الملخص

Ce projet présente une étude détaillé d’un bâtiment de forme irrégulière à usage d’Habitation, service et commercial composé d’un sous-sol, un rez de chaussée et de 8 étages, implanté dans la wilaya de Bouira (Algérie), classé en Zone IIa selon le Règlement Parasismique Algérien (RPA 99 version 2003). La stabilité de l'ouvrage est assurée par un système de contreventement à voiles porteurs et le pré dimensionnement des éléments porteurs a été fait conformément au CBA93 et RPA99/version2003. L’analyse sismique de la structure a été réalisée par le logiciel de calcul par élément finis ETABS pour étudier et analyser le comportement dynamique de la structure étudiée Le calcul des dimensions et du ferraillage de tous les éléments résistants est conforme aux règles de construction en vigueur à savoir (BAEL91 modifié 99, RPA99 modifié 2003). Le type de fondation choisi est un radier nervuré.

This project presents a detailed study of an irregular building for residential, service and commercial use consisting of a basement, a ground floor and 8 floors, located in the wilaya of Bouira (Algeria), classified In Zone IIa according to the Algerian Parasism Regulations (RPA 99 version 2003). The stability of the structure is ensured by a bracing system with carrier sails and the pre-dimensioning of the load-bearing elements has been done in accordance with CBA93 and RPA99 / version2003. The seismic analysis of the structure was carried out by the software of calculation by finite element ETABS to study and to analyze the dynamic behavior of the structure studied The calculation of dimensions and reinforcement of all resistant elements complies with the construction rules in force (BAEL91 modified 99, RPA99 modified 2003). The type of foundation chosen is a ribbed raft.
