الملخص

اهتمت هذه الدراسة بالحراك السكني في مدينة الناصرية والتباين المكاني للوحدات السكنية وخصائصها الإقليمية ومسار التيارات وأحجامها تبعا للمفاضلات المكانية بين إحيائها ووحداتها ، بعد مراجعة الدراسات النظرية والتطبيقية التي أتخذت كأساس لاكتشاف العديد من الجوانب الخاصة من المفاهيم الأساسية لأدبيات الحراك السكني ، ولتحقيق متطلبات الدراسة فقد تمّ أخذ عينة عشوائية ، ممثلة بالوحدات السكنية حجمها (2331) وحدة سكنية وبنسبة (5%) من مجموع الوحدات السكنية البالغ (46616) وحده سكنية ، كما تم تطبيق بعض الموشرات والأساليب الكمية ، كالدرجة المعيارية ، معامل ارتباط برسن وسيبرمان ، ومربع كأي ، والتحليل ألعاملي ، فضلا عن التمثيل الكارتوجرافي ، بالإضافة إلى خبرة الباحث بمنطقة الدراسة وظروفها المحلية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية وأوضاعها العمرانية.

ترجمة الملخص

Almost all cities experience residential mobility in its districts and boroughs . this due to population increased number . it is noticeable that these mobility's create a new map of the city itself, yet with different characteristics of construction, living and tradition . People move from one place to another in accordance to growing socio – economic factors in addition to some equally important political factors . theoretically, the phenomenon may mean inhabitants, change of places of living with city limits or the district itself . residential mobility is also called (intracity immigration) , (urban immigration) or (local mobility) . The present researd adds to the books written about this subject as it analyses the residential mobility in the city of Nassyria . the researder has collected his information through a questionnaire conducted an a random sample Appendex (1).The questionnaire is given to (5%) of the sample, comprising (46619) houses , appendex (2) . Data analysed by using different statistical methods Chi – square , Criterion degree and person – spearman correlation , percentage , factor analysis . The research concludes : 1- the city is divided into Four regions according to the nature of it building materials , urban environment economic factor . 2- Tow residential mobility are discovered : "Real" and "probable" . 3- mobility takes different shapes in nassiriya : destinatice, directional , towards boroughs and towards regions 4- Reasons behind mobility may be for adaptation , self made reasons and imposed ones . The these is divided into Three chapters : A historical survey of nassiriya development . -: Chapter one Mobility . esidentialrsheds light on Geographical dimensions of -: Chapter two Population Feature as well as houses construction , reasons -: Chapter Three behind movement at the present as well as Future plans.
