الملخص

Ce travail rentre dans le cadre de la valorisation par voie de séchage solaire des produits agricoles des récoltesle cas du sud algérien qui sont en quantité assez importante. Il s‟agit d‟étudier un système de séchage solairede type indirect par une convection forcée à l‟aide d‟un dimensionnement du champ de capteur solaire planpour le séchoir. Ce système est composé d‟un capteur à eau, d‟un ballon de stockage d‟eau chaude de 8.2m3,3de 2.5 m à 95°C, d‟une chambre de séchage, d‟un échangeur de chaleur eau /eau, et d‟un autre échangeureau/air (aérotherme). Et il se comporte aussi un système de régulation, une cuve et une chambre de séchagesont munies d‟un appoint conventionnel auxiliaire. Pour la méthode de dimensionnement F-Chart est utiliséepour déterminé la surface optimale et la fraction de satisfaction et cela afin de couvrir les besoins de séchagedes produits agro-alimentaires qui trouve dans la région de BISKRA. Puis une étude économique du projet deséchage est discutée et cela en calculant le prix du KWh de l‟énergie produite par le système solaire et larentabilité du systèm

This work comes within the framework of the valorization by way of solar drying of the agricultural products of the harvests for the case of the Algerian south which are in rather important quantity. It is a question of studying the system of solar drying of indirect type by a forced convection by a dimensioning of a field of flat solar collector for the dryer. This system is composed of a water collector, a hot water storage tank which according to the type of collector is 2.8m3 or 2.5 m3 at 95°C, a drying chamber, a water/water heat exchanger, and another water/air exchanger (air heater). The system is equipped with a control system, the tank and the drying chamber are equipped with an auxiliary conventional booster. The F-Chart method is used to determine the optimal surface and the fraction of satisfaction in order to cover the drying needs of the agro-food products of the BISKRA region. An economic study of the drying project is discussed by calculating the price per KWh of the energy produced by the solar system and the profitability of the system
