الملخص

Notre travail se focalise sur une étude approfondie des relations commerciales entre la Chine et les États-Unis, en se concentrant sur l'impact des tarifs douaniers sur le commerce international. La méthodologie utilisée repose sur une approche scientifique et économique, en utilisant la méthode économétrique.La recherche est structurée en plusieurs chapitres. Le premier chapitre donne un aperçu de l'identité des deux pays, du commerce international et des différents outils utilisés dans une guerre commerciale. Le deuxième chapitre porte sur les différents aspects du conflit sino-américain. Il présente les arguments des deux parties et les mesures prises par chacune d'entre elles pour protéger leur économie. Le troisième chapitre porte sur des études empiriques et économétriques de l'impact de l'augmentation des tarifs douaniers sur l'économie américaine. Ce chapitre explique les variables choisies pour l'analyse, les sources de données utilisées et les méthodes économétriques employées pour analyser les données.Notre mémoire met également en avant la méthodologie de recherche utilisée, en expliquant les raisons pour lesquelles certaines variables ont été choisies plutôt que d'autres, les sources de données utilisées et les limites de l'étude. Ce travail vise à prouver l'existence d'une relation entre les tarifs douaniers et le commerce international, en utilisant une approche scientifique et économique, avec une méthode économétrique.

Our work focuses on an in-depth study of trade relations between China and the United States, concentrating on the impact of tariffs on international trade. The methodology used is based on a scientific and economic approach, using the econometric method. The research is structured in several chapters. The first chapter gives an overview of the identity of the two countries, international trade and the different tools used in a trade war. The second chapter looks at the various aspects of the Sino-American conflict. It presents the arguments of both sides and the measures taken by each to protect their economies. The third chapter looks at empirical and econometric studies of the impact of increased tariffs on the US economy. This chapter explains the variables chosen for analysis, the data sources used and the econometric methods employed to analyze the data. Our dissertation also highlights the research methodology used, explaining why certain variables were chosen over others, the data sources used and the limitations of the study. This work aims to prove the existence of a relationship between tariffs and international trade, using a scientific and economic approach, with an econometric method.
