- Our work focuses on the study of the antifungal activity of the phenolic compounds of the plantsMenthaaquatica, Origanumvulgare and Hyoscyamusalbus.L in association with the compoundsmajority (thymol, phenol, eugenol? - pinène) on the stumps of mucorrammanianus, Aspergillusflavus,Aspergillusochraceus and Botrytis cinerea. The extraction polyphénols (PP) of the part arienne of theplants studied, has been obtained by the extraction solide/liquide while using the ethanol like solventof extraction .The test was realized with direct contact methods on the fungal stumps studies namedthe technique of the checkerboerd (method of microdilution in BMH middle), consistent by recordingson nutrient agar to determine the CMFses and CMFcs. The results show that the phenolic compoundsof the three plant partner to the majority compounds possess an important antifungal activity on thesestumpson studied, some effects synergiques has been gotten for the majority of the associations does. With only one effect of addition for the Mentha association / phenol tested on Aspergillusflavus
