Due to the great importance enjoyed by the joint stock company, it has received the attention of all legislation, including the Algerian legislation, and the joint stock company is considered among the most prominent types of the money company due to its importance and its impact on economic life and the effective role it plays in the development of society and the economic system of the state. Where this company is established in two ways, either by direct immediate in corporation or incorporation by public recourse to savings, and in both cases it is required that there be seven (07) partners or more. As for the management and management of the company, it is divided into two types, an old traditional system consisting of a board of directors, or a modern system consisting of aboard of directors and a supervisory board. We must point out that the highest body in this company is the general assembly of shareholders, which varies according to the purpose for which it is convened.
