% = 15,8 %), Tetramorium biskrensis (A.R. % = 13,4 %) et Aphidae sp.3 indét. (A.R. % = 12,9 %).

Infestations by Tuta absoluta are always more brought up in the greenhouse to local practices (71.7 %) against 56.7 % in the greenhouse protected by the net Insect Proof (very highly significant difference). There is a significant correlation (r = 0.54; p < 0.01) enter the temperature under greenhouse (Insect Proof) and the rate of infestation and between the temperature under greenhouse practice local and the rates of infestations. The zero of definite development is 9.2°C. The existence of 7 generations between December 10th, 2011 and May 12th, 2012 are revealing thanks to captures by the traps delta put in the entrance of the greenhouse near the net Insect Proof. In the entrance of the greenhouse to local practices are brought to light 5 generations only. The number of adults of Tuta absoluta taken in the traps delta put in the greenhouse of the local practices is more raised than that found in the greenhouse provided with Insect Proof (very highly significant difference). The comparison between the numbers of the butterflies captured on one hand in the trap delta placed in the greenhouse with local practices and those intercepted in the same type of trap in full field to Fouka Marine shows very different values because 8.658 males are captured in full field against only 5.209 individuals under greenhouse ( very highly significant difference). The fauna associated with Tuta absoluta is studied thanks to trappings with jar to Annoy in the greenhouse protected by Insect Proof in December (23 species) of which Anthicus floralis(AR % = 30.4 %), the most frequent species, followed by Tetramorium biskrensis (AR % = 19.3 %) and in January, 18 species. 25 species are trapped in jars to Annoy in December in the greenhouse with local practices and 5 species in February, 2012 with Entomobrydae sp. indefinite. (AR % = 59.8 %), Neamuridae sp. indefinite. (AR % = 22.4 %) and Sminthurus sp. (AR % = 14.0 %). Within the greenhouse, 18 species are counted in March and 34 species in May, 2012 with Sciapus sp( AR % = 34.9 %) and Sciara sp.2 (AR % = 16.7 %). The method of the placed yellow plates Sub-greenhouse allowed the capture of 74 species of which Neanuridae sp.2 (a.r. % = 15.8 %), Tetramorium biskrensis (a.r. % = 13.4 %) and Aphidae sp.3indefinite. (A.r. % = 12.9 %). The microbiological analysis of the faeces of Tuta absoluta collected in leaves and fruits of tomato shows that the dominant flora is constituted by Escherichia coli. Yeasts and molds are mainly represented by the species Aspergillus Nigerand the telluric germs and ubiquitous by Clostridium sulfito-reducing.
