الملخص

Dans le cadre de cette étude, nous nous sommes intéressés à la structure de type Pyrochlore à travers la synthèse par voie solide du composé La2-X CaX Sn2 O7-σLa2-xCaxSn2O7- σ . Le diagramme de DRX de la phase originale La2Sn2O7 a été indexé dans le système cubique à face centré de groupe d’espace Fd-3m. Pour les échantillons substitués, la majorité des pics caractéristiques de cette phase son presents avec des intensités considérables.La substitution de La par Ca dans la structure La2Sn2O7 engendre une diminution des paramètres de la maille et une augmentation de la taille des grains, en fonction dutaux de substitution de Ca.La diminution des paramètres de maille peut être expliquée par un effet de taille,accompagnée par un effet de charge, grâce à la différence des rayons ionique La3+ =1,17 Ǻ et Ca2+ = 1,00 Ǻ (RCa2+ < RLa3+). As part of this thesis, we are interested on the one hand in the Pyrochlore-type structure through the solid synthesis of the compound La2-X CaX Sn2 O7-σ The XRD diagram of the original La2Sn2O7 phase was indexed in the face-centered cubic system of space group Fd-3m. For the substituted samples, the majority of peaks characteristic of this phase are present with considerable intensities. The substitution of La by Ca in the La2Sn2O7 structure causes a decrease in the lattice parameters and an increase in the grain size, depending on the degree of substitution of Ca.The decrease in lattice parameters can be explained by a size effect, accompanied by a charge effect, thanks to the difference in ionic radii La3 + =1.17 Ǻ and Ca2+= 1.12 Ǻ
