الملخص

L’urbanisation effrénée qu’a connue le monde depuis la deuxième guerre mondiale acomme corollaire la création des phénomènes de globalisation et de métropolisation etl’apparition d’une nouvelle entité urbaine la métropole, ce phénomène de métropolisationa touché toutes les villes des pays, et l’Algérie n’échappe pas à cett e tendance universelleen montrant une volonté dans ses stratégies d’opter vers des grandes villes ‘’métropoles’’.Ce travail s’intéresse principalement par la ville d’Alger qui joue un rôle de commandementdans le pays, et son absence de la carte des villes mondes. La question à laquelle nous noussommes attachés de répondre est comment participer à la métropolisation de cette ville.Ce phénomène du métropolisation contraint les villes mondes à s’engager dans une logiquede concurrence pour attirer investisseurs et richesses, entreprises et touristes. Dans cesens, ce travail s’intéresse en deuxième lieu de mettre en évidence et se concentrer surl’exploitation des centres historiques pour la métropolisation de leurs territoires etnotamment la ville d’Alger, car ils constituent le cœur de la ville et possèdent despotentialités incontournables d’ordre historique, environnemental et demeurent desmoteurs de croissance. L’exploitation de ces lieux privilégiés est conditionnée par desactions de valorisation dont l’aménagement culturel des territoires s’est avérer efficace.

The unbridled urbanization that the world has known since the second world war has as a corollary the creation of the phenomena of globalization and metropolization and the appearance of a new urban entity, the metropolis, this phenomenon of metropolization has affected all the cities of the countries, and Algeria is no exception to this universal trend by showing a willingness in its strategies to opt for large “metropolitan” cities. This work is mainly concerned with the city of Algiers, which plays a leadership role in the country, and its absence from the map of world cities. The question we have endeavored to answer is how to participate in the metropolization of Algiers. The phenomenon of metropolization forces global cities to engage in a logic of competition to attract investors and wealth, businesses and tourists. In this sense, this work is interested in the second place to highlight and focus on the exploitation of historic centers in the metropolization of their territories and in particular the city of Algiers, because they constitute the heart of the city and possess unavoidable potential of a historical and environmental nature and remain engines of growth. The exploitation of these privileged places is conditioned by actions of valorization of which the cultural development of the territories has proved to be effective.
