The study consisted of two parts the first theoretical and second practical:Part I consists of five chaptersChapter One: the general framework for research and theresearch problem as follows:The issue of freedom in education todayis oneof the most important issues that some have tried to study, especially indevelopment and globalizationage andthe cultural and intellectual invasion, in the era we hear a lot ofthe world's attention to human rights and freedoms, whether by states or international organizations, When the wordFreedom became so common in international forums and events, and in return,somevarious local andinternational platforms triedto abuse to freedom in Islam accusing itof narrowing freedoms, and somebody even said it doesn'texistat all, therefore theresearcher recognized the need of research and investigation to highlight the true concept of freedom anditseducational dimensions in the propheticSunnah, as a second source of Islamic education, which cameas a complementary to whatisstated in the Koran, and explained a lot of the educational values that form part of anintellectual system which is Islamic Education. Hence, the problem of the research is determined by answering the following two questions:Whatisthe concept of freedom in the Sunnah? And what are its educational dimensions?The importance of research is reflected in:1-the importance of freedom in the life of the individual and thehumanitariangroup as a targeteveryoneaimsto achieve. II2-disclose educational dimensions of freedom in the Sunnah3-Theresearchmay contributeto correct the defectiveunderstanding ofthe concepts of freedom in the Sunnah.4-The lack of studies on the concept of freedom in the Sunnah and its educational dimensions, and even non-existent forthe researcher couldn'tfind any studythattouched on the topic.5-The research may contribute in guiding the educational asset in our education, in accordance with the Prophetic Sunnah, and serves to enrich the Arabic library in this area.Research objectives are extracted of the searchproblemas follows:1-Analysis of the concept of freedom, and lighteningits importance in the lives of individualandhuman society.2-Analysis of the concept of freedom in Islam in general, and in the Sunnah.3-Declaration of Educational dimensions of the concept of freedomof education in the Sunnah4-Declarationof educational implementationsof the concept of freedom in the Sunnah that can be used in contemporary education.The research questions are as follows:1-Whatisthe concept of freedom and itsimportance tothe individual and society?2-Whatisthe concept of freedom in Islam?3-Whatare theconcepts of freedom in the Sunnah?4-Whatare theeducational dimensions of the concept of freedom in the Sunnah?5-Whatare theeducational implementationsof freedom derived from the Sunnah?Research Methodology: descriptive analytical method whichadoptedcontent analysiscardto study and analyze the reality of freedom anditseducational dimensions in the Sunnah as contained
