Our study aims to define the epidemiological and clinical profile, the treatment and the evolution of this disease among 62 patients who had been treated between January 2003 and December 2010 in the oncology and radiology department, Mohamed VI university hospital, Marrakech. The age was ranged from 9 to 76 years old, with an average of 52,2 years old. The sex ratio was 2,1. The clinical symptoms included intracranial hypertension 53,22%, motor dysfunction 66,12%, seizures 22,58%, superior functions disorder 37,1%.The CT (computed tomography) was performed in all patients, the MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) in only 6,45%. Parietal location was the most frequent. The tumor’s surgical excision was macroscopically complete in 30,64% and partial in 48,39%. 20,67% of the patients had undergone a biopsy. Only 33 patients received a post-operative treatment : radiotherapy for 12patients, radiotherapy with concomitant chemotherapy for 3 patients, radiotherapy with concomitant and adjuvant chemotherapy (Temozolomide) for 18 patients and 19 of cases were lost sight. The median survival was 8,5 months. The evolution at 3 months was marked by a stable state in 32,56% of the cases, a complete remission in 20,93%, an incomplete remission in 20,93%, a deterioration in 9,3%, recurrence in 6,98% and 9,3% were die. The probability of overall survival was 74.19% in 6 months, 45.16% in 12 months, 24.19% in 18 months and 11.3% in 24 months
