ترجمة الملخص

This study aimed to identify upon activities done by employees of governmental civil sector after retirement, and also identify upon attitudes of employees of governmental civil sector towards planning to retirement and the influence factors in planning to retirements, also to know the expected revenue from participation of planning to retirement in life after retirement. To achieve these aims, the researcher depended on curriculum of social survey as curriculum for his study, also he depended on questionnaire as a tool to collect data, and after making the questionnaire by benefiting from the literature review and supervisor directions and assuring from its trueness, the researcher applied it randomly between employees of governmental civil sector in governorate of Hutat Bani Tamim. The researcher had 213 questionnaire valid to statistical analysis , and after analysis, he made some results; The results of these study were that devotion to care babies is the first activities, whereas 76.1% from the study sample cares with study religion. Some individuals agreed that retirement help them to activate improve relation, and give them opportunity to follow their special works. As for their directions towards planning to retirement between the study sample between study sample, planning to retirement help them to organize their new life, as they can make use of their free time with useful matter. As for the affective factors in planning for retirement, the study results revealed that fear from losing experience and working along life is the most important factor, also increase of agitation in homes and out-homes, decrease of friends, and tepidity of relation between them. With related to the expected revenue in life after retirement, the study results revealed that the study sample agreed upon the expected revenue from participation in planning to retirement in life after retirement, and the most important participations are enable them to enjoy with their families. In the light of these results, the researcher recommended ; putting plans and programs to limit problems that face retired persons, training employees in the private and public sectors upon skills of planning to retirement, and enlighten employees with importance of planning to retirement and its role in securing their future.
