الملخص

Notre étude a pour but l’analyse de la variable du transport solide au niveau du bassin versant de l’Oued Cheliff, s’étendant sur une superficie de plus de 43750 Km2, et est caractérisé par un climat méditerranéen à semi aride dans sa majorité avec des irrégularités temporelles des écoulements causant de sérieux problèmes aux ingénieurs chargés d’évaluer le transport solide. La quantification de l’érosion spécifique aux bassins versants jaugés et son extension à ceux non jaugés à l’aide d’un modèle mathématique aboutira à l’élaboration d’un abaque expliquant ainsi la variabilité de l’érosion spécifique en fonction de la surface et de la lame d’eau précipitée. Notre travail est structuré en 5 points distincts, à savoir :- définition préalable de l’ensemble des paramètres géomorphologiques, géologiques, hydrologiques et climatiques caractérisant le bassin ;- analyses quantitatives et qualitatives détaillées des débits solides et liquides mesurés au niveau des 18 stations hydrométriques, ayant permis d’établir des relations entre le transport solide et les écoulements ;- quantification de l’érosion spécifique au niveau des 15 barrages et de 40 retenues collinaires répartis sur l’ensemble du bassin versant du Cheliff ;- élaboration d’un modèle mathématique expliquant la variation de l’érosion spécifique en fonction des variables explicatives et sa quantification spécifique à l’aide de ce modèle au niveau des bassins versants non jaugés ;- élaboration d’un abaque où la variable de l’érosion spécifique est expliquée en fonction de la surface ainsi que la lame d’eau précipitée. A l’aide de l’abaque de la variation de l’érosion spécifique, la quantité de matériaux en suspension transportée en tout endroit du bassin versant pourront être évaluée.

The purpose of our study is the analysis of the solid transport variable et the level of the basin of Cheliff Wade which is located at the center of Algeria; extends on a surface of more than 43750 Km2 and characterized by a Mediterranean climate to a semiarid climate as a whole and where the temporal irregularities of the flows cause serious problems with the engineers in charge to evaluate solid transport. The quantification of the erosion specific to the basin measured and its extension to those not measured using a mathematical model will lead to the development of an abacus thus explaining the variability of specific erosion according to the surface and streamed water. Our work was divided into five essential parts, namely: -preliminary definition of the whole of the geomorphological, geological, hydrological and climatic parameters characterizing the basin; -the detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses of the solid and liquid flows measured at the level of the 18 hydrometric stations made it possible to establish relations between solid transport and the flows; -quantification of specific erosion at the level of the 15 dams and 40 colinary reserves distributed at the whole of the basin of Cheliff; -development of a mathematical model explaining the variation of erosion specific according to the explanatory variables and quantification of her using this model on the level of the basins not measured slopes; -development of an abacus where the variable of specific erosion is explained according to surface as well as the streamed water blade. Using this abacus of the variation of specific erosion we can evaluate the quantity of matter of the sediments transported in any place of the basin of Cheliff.
