الملخص

Nous vivons dans un monde en rapide mutation, où les tendances les plus visibles à sont les progrès technologiques. On voit l’évolution de nos habitations, qui se transforment de plus en plus en maisons domotiques, bénéficiant des progrès technologiques illustrés par l’informatique et l’intelligence artificielle. Cependant, le concept de l’habitat « bioclimatique » fait écho dans le domaine d’architecture. Il est la redécouverte des principes de construction qui permettaient aux bâtisseurs d’autrefois de composer avec le climat. Il recherche un équilibre entre la conception et la construction et son milieu (climat, environnement,). Ce travail met en valeur comment allier le concept bioclimatique et celui de la domotique pour conceptualiser un habitat individuel méditerranéen biotechnologique, où l’environnement et la gestion de l'énergie prendront une place importante.

We live in a rapidly changing world, where the most visible trends around are technological advances. We see the evolution of our homes, which are turning more and more into home automation houses, benefiting from technological advances illustrated by computer and artificial intelligence. However, the concept of "bioclimatic" habitat echoes in the field of architecture. It is the rediscovery of building principles that allowed our ancestors to deal with the climate. It seeks a balance between design and construction and its environment (climate, environment...). This research highlights how to combine the bioclimatic concept and that of home automation to conceptualize an individual Mediterranean biotech habitat, where environment and energy management will take an important place.
