الملخص

Ce travail présent la modélisation de différentes quantités de gaz polluants de la précalcination industrielle de la farine crue par voie sèche. Le modèle repose sur une représentation macroscopique des écoulements gaz-solide, avec la connaissance des cinétiques de réactions pour ce type de procédé. Les équations du modèle sont constituées d’un bilan de matière sur le gaz et le solide réactionnel, et d’un bilan thermique sur la précalcination. Le modèle validé par les mesures expérimentales a permis le calcul les quantités des polluants gazeux émises par le système de précalcination de l’unité de mefteh. Un programme de calcul a été élaboré permettant le calcul les quantités des polluants gazeux a la sortie du pécalcinateur et de tester leurs sensibilités aux différents paramètres opératoires

This work présents the modeling of diffrent quantities of polluting gases from the industrial precalcination of raw cement meal from a dry cement plant.The model is based on a macroscopic representation of gas-solid flows, with knowledge of the kinetics of reactions for this type of process. The equations of the model consist of a balance of matter on the gas and the reaction solid, and a thermal balance on the précalcination.The model validated by the experimental measurements made it possible to calculate the quantities of gaseous pollutants emitted by the mefteh unit précalcination system. A calculation program has been developed allowing to calculate the quantities of gaseous pollutants at the output of the précalcination system and to test their sensitivities to the different operating parameters.
