ترجمة الملخص

This study investigates the administrative contracts due to the importance and the rapid changes in all walks of life especially in the investments field. Besides, laws and regulations should cope with other fields in order to getefficient .In this study the researcher investigated and addressed the legality pf resorting and adapting arbitration in dealing with contracts especially administrative ones. The study concluded that comparative legislations have given the authority of supervision of arbitration before and after the verdicts. Besides,the requirements for the procedures of implementation of arbitration are highly demanded and they are subjected to certain rules which vary according to particular criteria.The latter are subjected to whether or not are foreign or local in terms of provisions and procedures of implementation that match the requirement of such an arbitration. However, if the jury relies on foreign arbitration it is a must to stick to the criteria on which that arbitration is legalized.
