ترجمة الملخص

This study aimed to demonstrate the relationship between digital leadership and its dimensions (managing digital transformation, thinking, technology) in professional development among public school principals in the Jordan Valley. The study followed the analytical correlational approach, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data. The study community consisted of all public school teachers in the Jordan Valley, where the size of the study community was (996) male and female teachers, including (593) female teachers and (403) male teachers. The study sample consisted of (278) male and female teachers, including (127) male teachers and (151) female teachers. They were selected using a simple random sample method. The study reached many results, the most important of which are: that digital leadership obtained a high score in the overall score and all areas (managing digital transformation, thinking, and technology), and that professional development came at a high score, and that there was a statistically significant positive relationship between the degree of digital leadership among public school principals in the Jordan Valley and professional development from the teachers' point of view. The study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: the necessity of providing an environment that encourages the use of different types of technological applications, and identifying the best educational practices using technological applications, by involving teachers in workshops and specialized courses on the use of different technological applications, and practicing this training on the ground in schools.
