ترجمة الملخص

The current research aims to:Evaluating the performance of middle school Arabic teachers in the light of subtle thinking skills.In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher followed the descriptive approach in his research procedures, and the research community reached (114) teachers, and the research sample was (48) teachers of the Arabic language in the middle and high school daytime schools for boys affiliated to the Holy Karbala Education Directorate, and the researcher prepared the research tool which is ( An observation form )for skillful thinking skills based on the Yolk Scale 2008 for subtle thinking, as the scale is of eleven skills,The validity of the procedural description paragraphs, and the researcher adopted the five-point Likert scale in determining the alternatives to the search tool, so the search tool in its final form consisted of (60) paragraphs, and the researcher also extracted the coefficient of its stability, as the researcher's reliability coefficient reached with himself over time (0,82%) While the stability coefficient of the researcher and the other observer reached (0.81%), and after making sure of the validity and reliability of the tool, the researcher began applying it to the research sample on Sunday (1/5/2020).In his research, the researcher used the following statistical methods: (weighted mean and percentage weight, to find the Pearson correlation coefficient), and after completing the application of the search tool and data analysis, the researcher reached the following results :-All areas of subtle thinking skills are achieved by Arabic language teachers, and in varying degrees exceeded the criterion of the 60 scale Except for one skill, cooperation in thinking, it received a percentage weight without the test, which indicates that the performance of the Arabic language teachers for the preparatory stage according to the skills of subtle thinking was in general (good)And based on the results of the research he had reached, the researcher put forward a number of recommendations and proposals,.
