The present study aimed to identify the level of indicators of quality of education services provided to graduate students at the University of Garyounis from their point of view; through answering the following questions:-What level of indicators of quality of education services provided to graduate students at the University of Garyounis from their point of view? Ramifications of this key question in this study the following questions:-Are there any statistically significant differences in the assessment of graduate students for indicators of quality of education services provided to them at the University of Garyounis in the light of variable specialization (humanities\Applied Science)?The variable grade (pre-trial phase\the process of preparing the proposed\ stage his letter)?In the light of variable intensity class(from 1to20\of from 21 to 30\30-over)?-What quantitative indicators of the presence at the University of Garyounis? The study sample consisted of(6)represents the University of Garyounis colleges within the university(Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Economics, College of Law, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Information Technology).The number of members appointed by the graduate students(546)students. The study was based on the questionnaire to measure the indicators of the quality of educational services provided to graduate students to university, this included a questionnaire and (8) key areas (registration procedures, registration, members of the board of teaching, the efficiency of supervision, the climate of the scientific department, examination and evaluation systems, Enough Library and systems in place, material equipment, activities and services), as the researcher used statistical methods multiple for the purpose of statistical analysis to achieve the objectives of the study, and are these methods in the (Alpha Krnboukh-the arithmetic mean-standard deviation-test T-test-analysis of variance single test Shave-percentages). The study has resulted in the following results:-That the level of quality indicators of education services provided to graduate students at the University of Garyounis average.-Indicates test results(T-test)on the existence of differences statistical significance in the assessment of graduate students for indicators of the quality of educational services provided to them at the University of Garyounis attributable to a variable of specialization, and differences was in the field of efficient supervision, and the adequacy of the college library and systems in place and physical equipment, and the differences for the benefit of specialization and Applied Sciences in the field and in the field of activities and services for specialty humanities Shown the results of analysis of variance single on the existence of statistically significant differences in estimating the graduate students for indicators of quality of education services provided to them at the University of Garyounis invaded to a variable phase and the differences were in the area of the members of the board of teaching and scientific environment to the department and the differences for the benefit of students of the preparatory phase.-The results indicated the contrast unilateral on the existence of statistically significant differences in the assessment of graduate students for indicators of quality of education services provided to them at the University of Garyounis attributed to a variable density class and the differences were in all areas except the area of registration procedures, registration, the differences were in favor of density class (1-20Results indicated the quantitative indicators of the study:-Quantitative indicators that have achieved standards of educational quality are: Area of the clinic building and the percentage of university students to members of the Authority administrative professors and their share of the campus and classroom positions and boards\options and sports facilities.-Quantitative indicators that have not met the criteria of educational quality: Percentage of students enrolled in graduate studies to total students .And their share of computers and books and libraries of the area colleges and toilets. And the percentage of foreign books in the total books college libraries.
