الملخص

La méthylation de l’huile essentielle de l’origan, extraite par entrainement à la vapeur d’eau,par le diméthyle sulfate a provoqué une réduction considérable de l’activité antioxydante enutilisant la méthode du FRAP et de l’activité anti-radicalaire le DPPH, Les résultats de IC50confirmé IC50 de l’huile essentielle de l’origan (53.20 106-) mg/mL et celle de l’huileessentielle méthyles IC50 (94.59 106- ) mg/mL.La diminution du caractère acide et l’augmentation de l’hydrophobicité a augmenté l’activitéinsecticide de l’huile essentielle par le cas de l’application par contacte DL50 (0.14 g/mL)vis-à-vis de l’application par fumigation DL50 (0.28 g/mL)
