الملخص
The present study is to analyze the factors optimized compression ignition enginewith a view to reducing consumption and its emissions. The key factors that affect thebehavior of the diesel engine and the combustion process are identified. The developmentof fuel injection system has the main role in any proceedings involving the optimization ofengine performance. The decrease of emissions can’t be achieved only through action onthe engines themselves, but it will resort to methods of post-treatment of exhaust gases,such as filters and catalytic converters to reduce emissions of particulates and NOx
