The first objective of the establishment of the municipality is finance the local authorities especially the municipality. A of taxes and fees have been imposed, some are collected for the sake of the state, some are collected for the profit of the local authorities are directed particularly for the sake of the municipality.The study aimed at clarifying the various aspects of local tax collection law adjustment. of direct taxes and the similar 2017 and the Finance Law of 2018, which in its entirety confirms the increase of taxes number for the sake of the Municipality particularly concerning the environment. However the local authorities still face the problem of dependency on the central authorities as well as the problem of tax collection.
