الملخص

الكثير من الأنظمة تحتوي علي بيانات هائلة من الممكن استخدامها وتحليلها للحصول علي معلومات مفيده تساهم في عملية إتخاذ القرار السليم ولكن حجم هذه البيانات يجعل من الصعوبة تحليلها يدوياً لذا اصبحت هنالك حاجه الماسه لوجود وسائل تمكن من الوصول لهذه البيانات بطريقه سهله وفعاله وإحدى هذه الوسائل تقنية تنقيب البيانات.تكمن مشكلة الدراسة في سؤالين ماهي اهم خوارزميات تنقيب البيانات الأكثر ملائمة في المجال الطبي وهل هذه الدراسة تساعد الادارة بالاهتمام بتنقيب البيانات.تنبع أهمية الدراسة في إستخدام تنقيب البيانات في المجال الطبي للمساعدة في إتخاذ القرار السليم بالسرعة والدقة المطلوبه حيث يهدر المحللون البشر الكثير من الوقت في تحليل البيانات .استخدم منهج التحليل الوصفي في تحليل وتصميم النظم عبر دورة حياة تطور النظم.تهدف هذه الدراسة الي التنبؤ بنوع المرض حيث تم بناء قاعدة بيانات تحتوي علي معلومات المريض وتحليل تلك البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الشهير (Weka)والتنبؤ بواسطة خوارزمية (C4.5)وكانت حالات التنبؤ (فشل كلوي مزمن ، فشل كلوي حاد)حيث تم استخدام هذه الخوارزمية لكفاءتها في التنبؤ بنوع الفشل الكلوي.خرجت الدراسه بان العوامل المؤثره علي نوع المرض هي ( الولاية – سبب المرض – ضغط الدم).وتم بناء النموزج باستخدام شجرة القرار وكانت نسبة دقة النموزج 74% ومعدل الخطأ0.35.ABSTRACTThere are many system which have a precious data are ambiguous ,this statistics is possible to give us a lot of precious information when it submit to analyzation but the size of this data to create handmade analysis very difficult to get the useful information ,accordingly the best channels to get useful information from resources the data mining technology.This study about two questions: what is important and the best data mining algorithm which it use in this domain (Medical Field) ,Is this study can help administration to apply the data mining technology in that domain.The importance of this study consist of how to use exploration and analysis by data mining technology in Medical Field to get the useful information and conclusions in fastidiousness desirable when human analysis may take weeks to discover useful information.Sample of this study to become general 1120 patient, the data about this sample collected by researcher.Aim of this study forecasting the type of kidney failure.Where the database build from patient history and medical information for patient after that subdued data analyzation about WEKA program which it forecasting by algorithm C4.5, the forecasting states(chronic kidney failure ,Acute kidney failure)this algorithm is best for forecasting type of Renal failure.The study found impact factors the type of kidney failure includes (Etiology, State, Hyper Tension).The model building completed by decision tree, finally the model accuracy percent 74% with error rate 0.35.
