Quelle est la stratégie de la Compagnie et Que deviendrons-nous ? Ce sont les questions / interrogations qui nous ont conduit à lancer un projet d’élaboration d’un Plan Stratégique et ce en adoptant une démarche jalonnée en 03 étapes successives :  Un diagnostic externe fondé sur une analyse Macro et Micro environnement qui ont nous a conduit à déterminer les Facteurs Clés du Succès et identifier les Opportunités et menaces d’une part un diagnostic interne fondé sur l’analyse de la Chaîne de Valeur et l’identification des Forces et Faiblesses  La Construction de la Vision et la détermination des Valeurs à partager,  Et les Orientations Stratégiques Futures.
