الملخص

إن أسلوب الاتصال السلبي للمدرب مع اللاعبين يؤدي إلى زيادة الضغوط النفسية وفقدان المقاومة وتكوين اتجاهات سلبية للاعبين نحو المدرب. حيث عبر الكثير من اللاعبين، وخاصة المتقدمين، عن أن نمط قيادة المدرب يعد أحد المصادر المهمة لضعف الصلابة النفسية ودافع الإنجاز، وهذا يؤدي إلى فقدان بعض اللاعبين الرغبة في مزاولة اللعب، أو انخفاض مستواهم فجأة، أو تقليل الثقة بأنفسهم، وهذا بالطبع سيؤثر على مستواهم الشخصي وعلى مستوى تحقيق الإنجاز للفريق بشكل عام. لذا يهدف البحث إلى: بناء مقياس الصورة الذهنية المدركة لنمط قيادة المدرب من وجهة نظر اللاعبين. بناء وتقنين مقياس الصلابة النفسية للاعبي دوري النخبة العراقي بكرة القدم. إعداد وتقنين مقياس دافع الإنجاز للاعبي دوري النخبة العراقي بكرة القدم. التعرف على الصورة الذهنية المدركة لنمط قيادة المدرب ومستوى الصلابة النفسية ومستوى دافع الإنجاز لدى لاعبي دوري النخبة العراقي بكرة القدم. التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية للصورة الذهنية المدركة لنمط قيادة المدرب بالصلابة النفسية ودافع الإنجاز لدى لاعبي دوري النخبة العراقي بكرة القدم. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأساليب المسح والعلاقات الارتباطية والدراسات المعيارية وذلك لملائمته مع متطلبات البحث. اشتمل مجتمع البحث على لاعبي دوري النخبة العراقي بكرة القدم لموسم الرياضي (2012-2013) والبالغ عددهم (483) لاعبًا موزعين على (18) ناديًا رياضيًا، أما عينة البحث فقد تكونت من (408 لاعبين) مقسمة إلى: عينة البناء (113 لاعبًا) وعينة التقنين والتطبيق (250 لاعبًا). ولقياس متغيرات البحث قام الباحث ببناء مقياس للصورة الذهنية المدركة لنمط قيادة المدرب، وبناء وتقنين مقياس للصلابة النفسية، واعتمد مقياس حسن عمير بعد تقنينه في قياس دافع الإنجاز للاعبين. ومن أهم الاستنتاجات التي توصل إليها الباحث: مقياس الصورة الذهنية المدركة لنمط قيادة المدرب الذي بناه الباحث صالح لقياس هذا المتغير من وجهة نظر اللاعبين. مقياس الصلابة النفسية الذي بناه الباحث صالح لقياس الصلابة النفسية لدى لاعبي دوري النخبة العراقي بكرة القدم. تم وضع خمسة مستويات معيارية لمقياس الصلابة النفسية ودافع الإنجاز للاعبين. النتائج أظهرت تفاوتًا في التصورات بين اللاعبين بالنسبة للنمط الديمقراطي والنمط الفوضوي للمدرب. أما التوصيات فقد أوصى الباحث بضرورة توجيه الصورة الذهنية المدركة لنمط القيادة الديمقراطية بين المدربين في جميع أندية دوري النخبة العراقي بكرة القدم، والدوري الممتاز والشباب، لما لها من آثار إيجابية فعالة على الحالة النفسية للاعبين.

The connection method for passive coach with the players leads to increased stress and loss of resistance and the formation of negative attitudes towards the coach to the players . Where through a lot of players , especially the applicants on the leadership style of the coach is one of the important sources of weak rigidity and psychological motivation achievement and this leads to the loss of a section of the players desire to engage in play or drop their level suddenly or less self-confidence , and this of course will affect their level of personal and on the level of achievement for the team in general .So research aims to:1 -build a mental picture of the perceived scale of the pattern of the coach and the players point of view .2 -Build and rationing measure hardness psychological League players elite Iraqi football.3 -Preparation and rationing measure achievement motivation for players Iraqi Elite League football.4 -to identify the mental image of the perceived pattern coach and the level of mental toughness and the level of achievement motivation among players Iraqi Elite League football.5 -to identify the correlation of the perceived mental image of the pattern of mental toughness coach and achievement motivation among players Iraqi Elite League football.The researcher used the descriptive survey methods and relationships connectivity standard and studies so as to suitability Cwith the requirements of the research. Included the research community on League players elite Iraqi football for the sportsseason (2012-2013) totaling ( 483 ) as a player , " distributed " on (18) sports club , either the research sample consisted of 408 players spread over the sample construction ( 113 ) a player " and a sample of rationing and application ( 250 ) as a player . to measure the research variables researcher has built a measure of the image of mental perceived style coach , and building and rationing measure of hardness psychological , and adopted a measure Hassan Ali after codified in the measurement of achievement motivation for the players .One of the main conclusions reached by the researcher :1 -a measure of perceived mental picture of the pattern of coach , which was built in favor of the researcher to measure the mental image of the perceived pattern to coach from the perspective of the players.2 -a measure of mental toughness , which was built in favor of the researcher to measure the hardness of psychological League players elite Iraqi football.3 -was developed five levels standardized measure of mental toughness and achievement motivation for the players .4 -The democratic leadership style is most commonly used with trainers from the perspective of the players , followed by authoritarian style and chaotic pattern .One of the main recommendations was that the researcher recommended that dominates the mental image of the perceived leadership style among Democratic circles coaches across the Elite League clubs Iraqi football and the Premier League and youth football because of its positive effects on the psychological state of active players
