الملخص

توات من الحواضر الصحراوية بالجنوب الغربي الجزائري، تميزت بمكانتها الاقتصاديةوإشعاعها العلمي، وبخصائصها الاجتماعية والثقافية، ونتيجة لأهميتها الإستراتجية سعت فرنسا إلىبسط هيمنتها عليها مع نهاية القرن 91 م، مما أسهم في بروز تغيرات جوهرية مست مختلفالجوانب خاصة منها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، وقد سلطنا الضوء عليها من خلال سجلاتالمحكمة الشرعية، ووثائق أرشيفية أخرى، متضمنة معاملات مختلفة: كالزواج، والطلاق، والبي وع،والشراء، والهبة، ا ولتركة... ا ولتي من خلالها رصدنا مختلف مكونات المجتمع التواتي ومظاهر وسبلحياته في الوسط القصوري الصحراوي، وفي الجانب الاقتصادي رصدنا نظام الري المرتبط بالفقارةكوذلك النشاط الزراعي، والتجاري، كل هذا وذاك تمت معالجته في أطروحتنا الموسومة ب" الحياة9191 من خلال سجلات - الاجتماعية والاقتصادية بتوات إبان الاحتلال الفرنسي 9111المحكمة الش رعية".

Twat is one of the urban centresin the south-west Sahara, in Algeria. It was known for its thriving scientific and economic position, and for its social and economic features. As a result of its strategic importance, France sought to put it under its domination by the end of the 19th century. The new situation gave birth to fundamental changes that affected various aspects, particularly the social and economic ones. This study sheds light on these changes through the official records in the legal court and other archival documents. These include various transactions and deals such as marriage, divorce, sale and purchase acts, donations, and heritage.Through the study we could determine the different components of the Twati community and the aspects of his life within the Saharan urban milieu. On the economic field, we examined the irrigation system based on the foggarain addition to the agricultural and commercial activities. All these issues have been dealt with in this thesis entitled "The Social and Economic Life in Twat during the French Occupation in the Records of the Sharia Court (1900-1962)
