الملخص

La segmentation et la mesure d’un anévrisme de l’aorte thoracique peuvent apporter au médecin une aide considérable pour le diagnostic médical. Dans ce travail, nous avons appliqué sur des images tomographiques, en premier lieuun filtrage de diffusion anisotrope, suivi d’un filtrage médian pour le dé bruitage et l’augmentation du rapport signal bruit. Ensuite, nous avons effectué une segmentation pour la détection de l’aorte avec un algorithme coopératif utilisant Fuzzy c means et Graph cut. Enfin, une méthode des moindres carrés a été mise en place afin de déterminer le diamètre de l’aorte. L’évaluation de la méthode est faite par comparaison des mesures avec ceux d’un médecin.

ترجمة الملخص: The segmentation and measurement of a thoracic aortic aneurysm can provide the doctor with considerable help in medical diagnosis. In this paper, firstly an anisotropic filtering followed by a median filtering for de noising and increasing the signal ratio. Then, we have done a segmentation for the detection of the aorta with the cooperation using fuzzy C means and graph cuts. Finally, a less square method was used to determine the diameter of aorta, the evaluation of the method is made by comparing the measurements with those of the physician.
