الملخص

Ce mémoire est élaboré dans le cadre d’un projet de fin d’études pour l’obtention du diplôme de Master 2 en architecture. Il s’inscrit dans l’option «Architecture de l’Habitat et Technologie » et s’échelonne sur trois phases essentielles. D’abord la recherche des repères pour la formulation de l’idée du projet, ensuite sa matérialisation et enfin sa réalisation. Le projet vise la conception d’un ensemble résidentiel à Tipaza et investit la problématique de la relation entre l’architecture et l’urbanité. Des facteurs essentiels ont été pris en compte pour son élaboration. Il s’agit essentiellement des composants du contexte et des spécificités liées au thème. Les éléments contextuels sont abordés à travers trois échelles d’intervention: échelle territoriale, l’échelle urbaine et l’échelle locale. La thématique du projet concerne les repères théoriques liés particulièrement : au thème du projet, au sujet de référence et la définition du projet. L’objectif de ces repères est de formuler les concepts et les principes du projet. La matérialisation du projet vise l’élaboration de l’esquisse. Elle est effectuée selon trois paliers de conception : le plan de masse, l’organisation interne des espaces et l’architecture du projet. La réalisation du projet concerne sa faisabilité technique. Elle se fonde sur des choix structurels et technologiques spécifiques dans le but d’assurer la stabilité du projet, sa sécurité contre l’incendie et le confort de ses habitants.

This thesis is developed as part of a graduation project for obtaining a Master 2 degree in architecture. It is part of the "Architecture of Habitat and Technology" option and is spread over three essential phases. First, the search for landmarks for the formulation of the idea of the project, then its materialization and finally its realization. The project aims to design a residential complex in Tipaza and invests the issue of the relationship between architecture and urbanity. Key factors have been taken into account for its development. These are essentially the components of the context and the specificities related to the theme. The contextual elements are addressed through three scales of intervention :territorial scale, urban scale and local scale. The theme of the project concerns the theoretical references particularly related to the project theme, the reference and the definition of the project. The purpose of these benchmarks is to formulate the concepts and principles of the project. The materialization of the project aims at the elaboration of the sketch. It is carried out according to three levels of conception :the plan of mass, the internal organization of spaces and the architecture of the project. The realization of the project concerns its technical feasibility. It is based on specific structural and technological choices aimed at ensuring the stability of the project, its fire safety and the comfort of its inhabitants.
