الملخص

La présente étude a pour objectif de proposer des solutions alternatives basées sur l’utilisation de produits naturels (bio stimulant d’origine végétale) dans le but de diminuer l’utilisation des engrais chimiques. Notre travail vise à déterminer l’effet d'un bio stimulant à base du purin d’ortie (Urtica dioica L.) sur le développement et la croissance de la culture de tomate Lycopersicon esculentum avec des concentrations différents pour chaque application T(15%) , T2(10%),,T3(15%),, T4(20%),, T5 (25%), comparés avec les plantes non traitéesT0 (témoin).Nos résultats montrent une différence significative et hautement significative pour les plantes traitées par le bio fertilisant au niveau du poids frais et sec des plants, de la hauteur des plantes du poids frais et sec des racines et la teneur en chlorophylle totale.

The present study aims to propose alternative solutions based on the use of natural products (bio stimulant of plant origin) in order to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers. Our work aims to determine the effect of a bio stimulant based on nettle manure (Urtica dioica L.) on the development and growth of tomato culture Lycopersicon esculentum with different concentrations for each application T (15%) , T2(10%), T3(15%), T4(20%), T5 (25%), compared with untreated plants T0 (control).Our results show a significant and highly significant difference for the plants treated with the bio-fertilizer in terms of the fresh and dry weight of the plants, the height of the plants, the fresh and dry weight of the roots and the total chlorophyll content.
